Miia da Silva

Miia joined the Women of Hope team in April 2020 and succeeded Eeva Vähäsarja in her role as the Regional Coordinator of Women of Hope in Europe and CAMENA (Central Asia, Middle East, North Africa) in November 2020. She is originally from Finland but has lived abroad for over 13 years in six different countries and feels right at home in an intercultural setting. Miia currently resides in the Republic of Ireland.

Her passion is to tell women around the world about the hope they have in Christ by broadcasting, tweeting, pinning, posting, and sharing the gospel out into the world.

If Miia is not travelling and exploring new countries together with her husband Lucas, you can find her at her local gym lifting weights, in her favorite café drinking an Americano, at home reading and feeding her endless curiosity or watching one of her favorite comedy shows.
