Sphiwe Nxumalo-Ngwenya

Sphiwe Nxumalo-Ngwenya's life view and approach is driven by her strong life moto that as a disciple of Christ her purpose is to carry out Jesus’ manifesto as stated in Luke 4:18-19 “Proclaiming good news to the poor, liberty to the captive, oppressed and recovering of sight to the blind.” 

For many years her involvement in ministry has been within churches, missionary organizations, NPO advocacy organizations (for women, children, and vulnerable groups including GBV) at both National and International level. During her serving with the Bible Societies she was involved in leadership development, training facilitation, biblical translation, radio program producing, developing and managing projects particularly as intervention strategies in responding to God's calling.  

Praying through, for, and about everything is her source of strength. 

She enjoys time with family, reading, exploring scriptures, adventure and giving some help to those who needs it most. Her favorite verse is Philippians 4:13  

“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."
