Africa Africa - South & East Eritrea Featured Ministries in Focus TWR

The Horn of Africa comprises countries along the east coast of the continent, such as Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia, and Somalia. There are many unreached people groups, and ministry among them is extremely difficult. Somalia, for example, ranks second highest out of 50 countries on the 2025 Open Doors World Watch List of countries with the most persecution of Christians. Sudan ranks fifth highest, and Eritrea ranks sixth.

There is extreme poverty with no relief in sight amid drought and food shortages. TWR broadcasts across the region in multiple languages from our powerful station in Eswatini (formerly called Swaziland). The wide variety of broadcasts includes The Way of Righteousness, Women of Hope, Dr. Luke, and programs for youth. But new partners are needed to continue to provide spiritual nourishment for the few evangelical churches and individual believers.

If God is leading you to offer Great Commission support for listeners in the Horn of Africa, we welcome your partnership!
