Chinese Ministries

For over 50 years, TWR has been committed to ministry among the Chinese through the most effective means available. This currently includes airing 30 programs through powerful AM and shortwave broadcasting and personally visiting our listeners to share the gospel and distribute handheld devices loaded with Bible stories, music, and an audio Bible.

In 2025, TWR associates visited 641 individuals to introduce them to Jesus or encourage them in their Christian faith. Twelve individuals received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. About 300 million people in China still do not have an internet connection, but shortwave radio remains an effective tool to reach people groups living in remote and rural areas with limited or no internet access.
