TWR Women of Hope Double Take Podcast

Double Take is a new English podcast for teen girls in Europe and was awarded a Missio Nexus grant for innovation in missions. TWR Women of Hope wants to reach the young women of tomorrow, and media plays a big role in shaping their views. Unfortunately, the influences and examples are mostly secular in the areas of health, relationships, and lifestyle. The closest some of the platforms get in the area of spirituality is the inclusion of horoscopes.

As Christians, we know how faith plays a big role in giving purpose to life, including being part of a church fellowship and the family of God. We cannot keep it a secret from teenage girls. We must enter the modern-day online marketplaces and be lights to guide our young women onto the right path. We hope to take our audience on a journey to realize that joy is not determined by clothes, makeup, horoscopes or relationship status, but it is only through Jesus Christ.

The program hosts will live out the values and characteristics of a biblical woman, and we hope our popular topics discussed from a biblical worldview will resonate with our young audience and lead many to follow Jesus.
